- Senior Discount: Our 10% Senior Citizen Discount applies to labor for qualifying services. To receive this discount, it must be mentioned at the time of the initial estimate and cannot be combined with other promotional offers or insurance-based claims.
- Drain Snaking: While snaking is a highly effective method for clearing clogs up to 100 feet, it is a mechanical process. If a blockage is caused by a collapsed pipe, heavy root intrusion, or structural failure beyond the reach of the snake, JNR Plumbing will provide a revised estimate for more advanced diagnostic or repair methods.
- On-Site Verification: All digital or phone-based estimates are non-binding. Final project costs are determined after a physical inspection of the property's plumbing, as unseen conditions (such as pipe corrosion or non-code compliant previous work) may affect the scope of the project.
- Natural Gas & Propane: We are qualified to service and repair gas lines. However, if you suspect a gas leak (smell of sulfur/rotten eggs), you must evacuate the premises and contact your local utility provider immediately prior to requesting our repair services.
